Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing and delivery times
Our products come from a few trusted partners, so timing depends on the item:

- Graphic tees, sweatshirts and hoodies are printed when you order them. They take 2–7 business days to make, then usually arrive 2–5 business days after shipping.
- Trendy clothing and accessories ship from U.S. or overseas warehouses and usually arrive 2–10 business days after shipping.
- Squishies and fidget toys ship from overseas and can take about 1–4 weeks to arrive.
- Beauty picks ship directly from our brand partners. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, carrier delays and busy seasons can add time.

Multiple packages
If your order includes items from different partners, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as each package ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Some packages may be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker.

Delayed or missing packages
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, please contact us with your order number and we'll help. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors, your mailbox area and your local post office first, then contact us.
